You begin your journey toward the legendary Masai Mara, arriving at Enkorok Mara Camp in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive or optional Maasai village visit. Your first exploration takes place in the Sekenani sector, where vast golden plains stretch endlessly, dotted with grazing herds and prowling predators. As the sun dips low, you return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Full day exploring sekenani and Musiara regions (Masai Mara)

After breakfast, set off with a packed lunch for a full-day safari. You’ll begin in the Sekenani region and gradually cross into the Musiara sector — currently considered the most rewarding part of the Masai Mara since the Mara Triangle was placed under separate administration.

Centred around the Musiara Marshlands, this area is renowned for intense predator activity and one of the most active lion prides in the Greater Mara. Expect consistent wildlife sightings throughout the day before returning to Enkorok Mara Camp for the night.

Day 3

Transfer to Nakuru

Transfer to Nakuru

You depart Masai Mara after breakfast and proceed to Lake Nakuru, checking in at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and enjoying an early lunch. An afternoon drive around the lake reveals flocks of flamingos, grazing rhinos, tree-climbing lions and the graceful Rothschild giraffe. With luck, this is where you complete your Big Five sightings before returning to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

After breakfast, you leave Nakuru for Amboseli National Park, arriving at Amboseli Sopa Lodge and settling in before your afternoon safari. As the day cools, immense herds of elephants emerge across the open plains, silhouetted against the majestic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. This iconic scene defines Amboseli, where dry savannahs meet lush wetlands full of life.
