1-Day Explore Nxai National Park

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Your safari to Nxai pan national park begins at 5:00 am when our experienced guide will meet you at your hotel in Maun. Your drive to Nxai pan in 4X4 land cruiser will take about three hours. When you arrive at the park, you will spot iconic wildlife like springbok, impala, gemsbok, giraffes, and elephants. Depending on the day there are chances to find predatos such as lions etc.

At lunchtime, you will venture south to discover the natural spectacle of Baines Baobabs. This grove gets its name from explore Thomas Baines who was associated with David livingston and famously painted the Baobabs in 1862. These enormous trees rise from the stark landscapes like an oasis in spot to have lunch. In the afternoon you will enjoy a game drive on the way back to park gate arriving roughly around 1700-1800.
