Depending on the season (July–October), you may witness the Great Migration, where over 1.5 million wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River, braving Nile crocodiles. During the "low" season (January–June), the resident wildlife remains prolific, offering excellent sightings of elephants, giraffes, and various antelope species. A picnic lunch is typically served near the Mara River or under a lone Balanites tree.
