Day 1

Depart Arusha early morning for a 2-hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Begin your safari beneath the shade of ancient mahogany trees, where troops of baboons welcome you. Continue toward the lake, spotting elephants, giraffes, and buffalo along the way. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the alkaline lake alive with flamingos and pelicans.
