Wake up to the sounds of the wild and set out for a full day exploring the endless plains of Serengeti. With a picnic lunch packed, you’ll venture deep into the park, following the rhythms of nature. Mornings bring predators on the move—lions patrolling, cheetahs scanning the horizon, and leopards resting in acacia trees. As the day warms, herds of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes graze across the golden savannah, while elephants and buffalo roam in family groups. Bird enthusiasts will marvel at the raptors circling above and colorful species flitting through the woodlands. In the afternoon, you’ll continue tracking wildlife until the sun dips low, casting a golden glow over the plains. Day 4

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, set out on a final Serengeti game drive as you make your way east to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the journey, landscapes shift from endless plains to lush highlands. Upon arrival, you’ll descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Inside this ancient caldera lies an extraordinary ecosystem, home to elephants, hippos, wildebeest, zebras, and a dense lion population. If lucky, you may spot the endangered black rhino. After an exhilarating crater tour and picnic lunch, you’ll continue to your luxury lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.

This morning, depart Karatu after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and giant baobab trees. The Tarangire River winds through the park, acting as a lifeline during the dry season, drawing large concentrations of wildlife. On game drives, you’ll likely encounter elephants cooling off by the river, graceful giraffes browsing treetops, and prides of lions resting in the shade. Tarangire is also a bird-lover’s paradise, with over 500 bird species recorded. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before heading to your lodge, where you’ll spend the evening relaxing amidst the wild sounds of Africa.

Watch as elephants march across the plains, antelopes graze peacefully, and predators prepare for the day’s hunt. Following your safari, enjoy lunch inside the park before returning to Arusha. Depending on your onward travel plans, you’ll be dropped off either at your Arusha hotel, Arusha Airport, or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.
