Materuni Waterfalls & Chemka Hot Springs Day Trip – A Taste of Nature and Culture

After breakfast, depart from Arusha or Moshi and journey toward the charming village of Materuni, nestled on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Begin your adventure with a visit to a local coffee plantation, where you’ll learn the traditional process of making coffee—from bean to cup—guided by friendly Chagga farmers. Continue with a short scenic hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, surrounded by tropical vegetation and cool mountain air.

After enjoying the refreshing spray of the falls, drive to the enchanting Chemka Hot Springs (Kikuletwa), a hidden oasis in the savannah.
