Day 1

Visiting masaai society

Visiting masaai society

You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM and transferred to the Olpopongi Maasai Cultural Village, located approximately 2 hours from moshi and about an hour from arusha. Upon arrival, you will be guided through the village and museum, where you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of Maasai culture and traditions. The experience also includes a short walking safari, during which you’ll learn about Maasai hunting techniques and the natural medicines they use.

In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a traditional Maasai lunch prepared especially for you. After your enriching cultural experience, you will be driven back to your hotel in karatu.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater is considered one of the Wonders of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq miles and has 2,000 ft high walls, making it virtually Noah's ark and inhabited by almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It's one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants, which are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a Wonder of the Natural World.
You will start the day very early with a transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on Earth. After a fantastic afternoon game drive, you'll ascend the crater and transfer to your Lodge for over night stay.

Day 3

Serengeti national park

Today, you will head into the Serengeti and spend two (2) days exploring this amazing park. At the end of each game drive, you will head to a Tented Lodge in the middle of the Serengeti where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The Serengeti covers an area of about 30,000 km² in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, 80% of which is located in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and thousands of predators fleeing drought in search of fresh water and grazing. After the rains arrive in mid-April, they make the reserve journey via a detour through the western portion of the Serengeti. Grasslands cover more than one-third of the park, and you will find many animals here throughout the year. At the end of the day, you will go to the Lodge for accommodating.
