Chimpanzee trekking and Canopy Walk

Wake up early for an exciting day in Nyungwe. After a light breakfast, head into the forest for chimpanzee trekking, guided by expert trackers. Listen for distant calls as you hike through lush vegetation in search of these playful primates. Witness their behavior up close as they swing through the trees and interact in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, set out for the famous Nyungwe Canopy Walk suspended 60 meters above the forest floor, this thrilling walkway offers panoramic views and a unique perspective of the rainforest’s rich biodiversity. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
