1-Day Trekking via Marangu Route Kilimanjaro

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Moshi town and transfer you to Marangu gate, which takes just under one hours from Moshi. Upon arrival at the gate, we’ll complete registration formalities and enter Kilimanjaro National Park, ready to begin our ascent along the Marangu Route this trail approaches the mountain from the southeast and begins with a steady climb through lush montane forest, a misty, green world filled with towering trees, hanging moss, and diverse wildlife.

As we hike, we may be lucky enough to spot blue monkeys or the striking black-and-white colobus monkeys leaping through the canopy. Keep an eye out sharp-eyed trekkers might also spot colorful chameleons blending in among the foliage. We’ll trek for about four to five hours before reaching Mandara hut, After a while on Mandara, you will start to descend, which will take roughly 2 to 3 hours. You will meet your driver at the gate and drive back to Moshi town and drop off to your hotel in Moshi town.
