We’ll pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. If you have time, you can enjoy an optional short tour around Arusha city. This tour will give you a quick introduction to Tanzania and get you ready for your safari. In the evening, we’ll give you a short briefing about the next day’s plans. If you arrive early, you can also take an optional short hike to Kilima Moto to enjoy a beautiful sunset view.

Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today our safari adventure begins! After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel around 8:00 am. We’ll then drive for about 2 hours to Tarangire National Park, arriving at the gate around 10:00 am.
After checking in, we’ll start our game drive. Tarangire is well known for its large number of elephants and tree-climbing lions. You’ll also see wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and hippos. The park is also home to the beautiful baobab trees, some believed to be over 8,000 years old!
We’ll stop for lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, which offers amazing views of the plains. After lunch, we’ll continue our game drive until evening, then head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Serengeti National Park. The trip takes about 5 to 6 hours and goes through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
On the way, we’ll stop at the Ngorongoro viewpoint for about 10 to 15 minutes to enjoy the beautiful views of the crater and take some photos. You’ll also learn a bit about how it was formed. Then, we’ll continue our drive, spotting animals along the way.
We’ll arrive at Serengeti’s Naabi Hill Gate around 2 to 3 pm and have lunch there. After lunch, we’ll enter the park and start our game drive to see the sunset. Serengeti is famous for its wide open plains and many animals, including the Big Five — elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions, and leopards. After sunset, we’ll go to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4
Full Day in Serengeti
Full Day in Serengeti
After breakfast, we’ll spend the whole day on a game drive in Serengeti National Park. We’ll explore different areas of the park, looking for the Big Five and other animals like leopards. Serengeti is home to many kinds of wildlife, so a full day here gives us a great chance to see them.
If we visit during the right season, we might witness the famous Great Migration. We’ll stop for lunch at a nice picnic spot inside the park, then continue our game drive until evening. After that, we’ll return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands

Today we recommend waking up early, before sunrise. After having some coffee, you’ll go for a morning game drive with your packed breakfast.
This is one of the best times to see animals, as they’re most active when the weather is cool. Around 10 am, we’ll enjoy breakfast in the bush at a nice picnic spot. Then, we’ll continue our drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
We’ll arrive at the Naabi Hill gate around 2 to 3 pm for lunch, then enter the Ngorongoro area. Later, we’ll head to your lodge on the crater rim for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu
Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu
Today we’ll wake up early and have breakfast around 6 am. Then, we’ll drive down into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive and to see the sunrise. Ngorongoro is a very special place — going down into the crater feels like entering another world. You’ll see many animals, including about 600 hyenas and the rare black rhinos.
You’ll also spot elephants with huge tusks and over 50 lions living in the crater. The stunning beauty of Ngorongoro will surely stay in your memory. We’ll stop for lunch at the hippo pool picnic site during the game drive. After exploring, we’ll leave the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7
Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Lake Manyara National Park. When we arrive, we’ll check in and start our game drive. The park is home to thousands of pink flamingos, especially during the rainy season.
You’ll also find more than 400 types of birds, many of them water or migratory birds. Lake Manyara is famous for its beautiful scenery, tree-climbing lions, and large groups of elephants. We’ll have lunch by the lake while enjoying the amazing views.
After lunch, we’ll continue exploring the park until evening, then leave and head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 8

Departure Day
Today is your last day with us after an amazing safari adventure. If your flight is in the evening, you can join some extra activities like visiting waterfalls or hot springs. If not, you can simply relax and enjoy the hotel before we take you to the airport.
