2-Day Tarangire Safari from Zanzibar with Balloon Ride

Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park

You will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar at 5:00 AM and transferred to the airport for your 8:00 AM flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 AM, you will meet your driver-guide and enjoy breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, about a 1.5-hour drive from Arusha. Along the way, your guide will share insights into local culture and the traditions of the Maasai people.

Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, known for large elephant herds and baobab trees. You may see lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, warthogs, and impalas.

The park is also rich in birdlife, including ostriches, hornbills, kingfishers, and colorful bee-eaters.

At midday, enjoy a bush lunch inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive.

As the day ends, enjoy the golden sunset, perfect for photos among the baobab trees. You will then proceed to your lodge with views of the Tarangire River for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning balloon ride + Game drive then fly back to Zanzibar

Early in the morning, Balloon team will pick you then drive area where balloon ride takes place.
Soar above the Tarangire and enjoy stunning views from the sky. This unforgettable adventure lasts approximately 1 hour, Witness the sunrise while floating in the air, as the animals become active and the bush comes alive with bird songs.

Following your balloon ride, discover the story behind balloons and champagne, and enjoy a delicious English breakfast under an Acacia tree in the bush. You will also receive a certificate to commemorate your experience with us.

Finally, you'll meet our driver to proceed with drive in Tarangire National Park

Later, return to Arusha airport catch your evening flight departing at 0530pm to Zanzibar, Upon your arrival at 0645pm you will meet our driver for drive back to your hotel.
