On day 1 pick up from the airport in Lusaka or your accommodation in Lusaka and transfer to Tauka Safari Camp situated on the banks of the Kafue River. Depending on your arrival time you can already enjoy the first safari activity on this afternoon, either a boat cruise or a game drive.
The other 2 days are spent with game drives in the National Park and the GMA as well as boat cruises on the river.
The game activities are shared with other gueste at the lodge.

Day 4
Transfer to Lusaka
Transfer to Lusaka
After a last game drive in Kafue National Park, we travel by road back again to Zambia's capital Lusaka, where we stay in a small guesthouse in the vicinity of the city. You will meet your guide for the next stay in Lower Zambezi there. Overnight in en-suite rooms. Dinner is prepared by your host.

Day 5
Transfer to Lower Zambezi National Park
Transfer to Lower Zambezi National Park
Today we do leave the big city and drive down the escarpment to the Zambezi Valley. On our way we can stop at the Chirundu Fossil Forest, where you can find 150 million old petrified tree trunks. From there we carry on to our home for the next few days: Lower Zambezi Lodge on the bank of the Zambezi River (FB).

Day 6-7

On these days you will do game drives inside the National Park as well as in the Chiawa GMA.
The Zambezi River on the one side and the Escarpment on the other form the backdrop of our game viewing. We do game drives in the Park and boating along the river shore to watch the animals come to drink.

Day 8-10
South Luangwa NP

On day 8 transfer to Royal Airstrip and flight to Mfuwe Airport.
From there transfer to Msandile River Lodge based on the bank of the Luangwa River. Depeding on your arrival time you can already enjoy the afternoon and night game drive on day 8. During days 9 and 10 you will be taken on 2 game drives per day (morning and afternoon / night), all game drives are shared with other guests at the lodge. You stay in en-suite Safari tents at Msandile River Lodge. (2x FB).
