You’ll begin your journey at 8:45 a.m. from Arusha Airport, accompanied by our experienced tour guide and driver. Before heading out, your guide will provide a brief orientation to prepare you for the adventure ahead. Then, embark on a morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, a sanctuary celebrated for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife. Keep an eye out for rare species such as the greater kudu, fringed-eared oryx, and ashy starling. After an exciting day of wildlife exploration, relax and enjoy the evening at Ngedere lodge and camp, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by nature’s tranquility.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, your adventure continues with a half-day game drive into the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater. Descend roughly 600 meters to the crater floor, a natural wonder teeming with life. Home to one of the densest concentrations of wildlife in the world, the crater shelters around 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhino. Thanks to its permanent water sources and lush vegetation, Ngorongoro supports an incredible array of species from wildebeests, zebras, and buffalos to elands, warthogs, hippos, and majestic African elephants.
The crater is also a haven for predators, with thriving populations of lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. After enjoying a picnic lunch surrounded by this breathtaking landscape, you’ll return to Arusha, where dinner and a restful overnight stay await at the Karibu Heritage house.

Your day begins with a pick-up and a scenic drive to Materuni Village, a charming Chagga settlement nestled at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. From here, embark on a refreshing hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, where you’ll marvel at the sight of water plunging dramatically into a lush green valley.
Next, visit a local coffee farm to learn about the traditional methods of coffee cultivation, harvesting, and processing. Enjoy a hands on experience as you roast, grind, and brew your own cup of freshly made Tanzanian coffee a true taste of local life.
After this enriching cultural encounter, you’ll return to the village before being escorted to the airport for your departure.
