Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup from your accommodation in Diani. After a scenic drive along the coast, arrive at the harbor, where a traditional wooden dhow boat awaits you.

Keep an eye out for dolphins – they often swim alongside the boat and are a true highlight of the journey. After about an hour, reach the protected Kisite-Mpunguti Marine Park, a snorkeling paradise.

Next, depending on the tides, stop at a stunning sandbank where you can relax, swim, and take in the breathtaking surroundings. The dhow then sails on to Wasini Island, where a freshly prepared Swahili-style lunch awaits you – typically featuring catch-of-the-day seafood, chapati, and flavorful local sides.
