Day 1

Transfer to Kibale National Park

8am After breakfast drive to Kibale National park
Arrive at 1 or 2pm at the lodge. Have lunch.

You have an option of visiting bigodi wetland
Rich in biodiversity and scenic beauty, A 4,5km long walk will take you through this important wildlife corridor of Kibale Forest and will take up to 3hrs.

The “Home of the Great Blue Turaco” is a real bird watcher’s paradise. This wonderful place shelters over 200 species of birds including Hornbills, Turacos, Parrots, Crane and Furthermore, the sanctuary is the home of 8 species of primates, including the Black and White Colobus, Red Colobus, Red Tailed Monkey, Grey Cheeked Mangabey, Olive Baboon, L’hoest Monkey, Vervet Monkey and the Blue Monkey.

The swamp is also a haven for other mammals such as sitatungas, bushbucks and otters.

Early breakfast, the driver will pick you up and transfer you to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will start tracking. Once you are with them, you spend an hour. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon visit the crater lakes and other places of interest. Or relax at the lodge.

Day 3

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park - Game drive

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park - Game drive

After breakfast, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Check inn, have lunch. Enjoy an evening game drive. You see all of the animals, especially the hippos grazing on land. You will also see the antelopes and the elephants, as well as the buffaloes.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4

Game drive and Launch cruise

5am go for an early morning game drive. You will take about 4hrs on the game drive. Return for breakfast
Lunch from half past mid day
Afternoon Launch cruise on Kazinga channel.
A boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel provides tourists with the chance to get a closer encounter with the other wildlife species that visit the River banks without fear for their lives and Safety such the Cape Buffaloes, African elephants, Monitor lizards, Uganda Kobs, Defassa waterbucks, common elands and Topis among others.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Today morning there's an option of lion tracking before transferring to Bwindi national park
6am after breakfast drive to Bwindi National park, enroute do a game drive in Ishasha sector to see tree climbing lions.

Relax the rest of the afternoon

Day 6

Gorilla tracking - Batwa cultural entertainment

Early morning breakfast, 7am go for a briefing. Tracking starts at 8am. Time taken depends on the movement of the gorillas. You spend one hour with the gorillas. Lunch will either be packed lunch or hot lunch at the lodge depending on the time you finish.

In the afternoon enjoy Batwa cultural entertainment.
The Experience takes place outside of the park in an old-growth forest on land that is next to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park. The Batwa experience begins with a nature-walk, hike through the forest seeing the forest in a new way, through the eyes of the original people of the Forest. Learn how they hunted the small animals they used for food, what things they gathered, how traps and nets were used.
