Our driver will welcome you, brief you on the tour and help you with the luggage from your pick location such as the airport, your hotel or residence within Nairobi City. Pick up locations outside Nairobi can be arranged at an extra cost. We will then transfer you to Wilson Airport using a minivan where you board a scheduled flight bound for Amboseli National Park, enjoying sweeping views of Kenya’s stunning landscapes along the way.
At Amboseli, you will be received by our experienced safari guide en route to Sentrim Amboseli Lodge. After check-in, savor a delightful lunch and relax before embarking on your afternoon game drive. This will be your first opportunity to experience Amboseli’s vast plains, famous for its majestic elephant herds and the spectacular backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. As evening approaches and the skies glow with sunset colors, return to your lodge to enjoy a freshly prepared dinner, followed by a restful night in the heart of the African wilderness.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, the best time to observe Amboseli’s wildlife at their most active. Watch as elephants roam in large herds, lions stalk their prey, cheetahs survey the plains, and buffalo graze under the soft morning light. The early hours also provide the clearest view of Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped summit, offering perfect photo opportunities before clouds roll in.
For a truly unforgettable experience, you can opt for a hot air balloon safari, giving you a stunning aerial perspective of the park’s landscapes and wildlife. Afterward, return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast. The rest of the day can be spent relaxing, or you may choose an optional visit to a nearby Maasai Village to learn about their rich culture.

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the nearby airstrip to board your scheduled flight to the iconic Masai Mara, either directly from Amboseli or via Nairobi, depending on availability. Upon arrival in the Mara, our professional guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Sentrim Mara Lodge or simular, with a short en-route game drive introducing you to the vast plains and wildlife of the reserve. After check-in and a relaxing lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive across the Mara’s golden savannah. This is your chance to witness a rich variety of wildlife including elephants, prides of lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and, during the season, the great wildebeest migration. The open landscapes and acacia-dotted plains provide excellent photography opportunities and unforgettable sightings. As the day winds down, return to your camp or lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay under the African stars.

After breakfast you will spend the whole day exploring the breathtaking vast plains of Masai Mara, and track down the big five members (rhino, elephant, lion, leopard and buffalos). Your chances of sighting other wildlife such as Cheetahs, Giraffes, Warthog, Hyenas, several antelope species, and Bird species. Visit the Mara River where the famous Wildebeest Migration Takes Place (July - October). Have an optional Masai Village visit to learn about the Maasai and for a cultural experience. During your full-day safari, you can arrange with your driver guide for Bush meals/picnic safari experience in the Mara. Dinner & Overnight at your Camp/ Lodge. On this day, you can also opt for a morning game drive followed by a lunch break in the lodge followed with an afternoon game drive later on after 4pm.

After enjoying breakfast, you will embark on a short game drive en route to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi from the Masai Mara National Reserve. Our driver will pick you up from Wilson Airport and transfer you back to your residence, hotel or airport as we say kwaheri and karibu tena!.
