Upon arrival at JRO, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly Acatree Tours and Safaris representative. After a short safari briefing, you’ll board your comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle and begin your scenic drive toward Karatu, a charming town nestled in the lush highlands near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Along the journey, enjoy captivating views of Mount Meru, vibrant local villages, and coffee plantations that paint the hillsides. Your guide will share fascinating insights about Tanzania’s culture, traditions, and daily life as you travel through the heart of the country.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, depart for the world-renowned Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. After breakfast at your lodge, depart for Tarangire National Park, a spectacular destination famous for its majestic baobab trees and enormous elephant herds. Known as The Land of Giants, Tarangire offers a serene and less-crowded safari experience, perfect for wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.
