Day 1

Your journey begins with a hotel pickup and a picturesque 45‑minute drive to Arusha National Park. After your guide completes the park formalities, you will set off on your first game drive, where giraffes, zebras, and the striking black‑and‑white colobus monkeys often make an appearance as you head toward the Momella Lakes.

At the lake, your adventure takes to the water with a canoeing safari, a rare opportunity to paddle across the calm surface while observing hippos and a variety of water birds up close. A scenic picnic lunch will be served along the way.

In the afternoon, an armed ranger will lead you on a walking safari, giving you the chance to encounter giraffes, buffaloes, and warthogs on foot, all from a safe distance. From there, the pace shifts to a horseback safari, where well‑trained horses, accustomed to the wildlife, provide a serene and intimate way to explore the park.

The day concludes with a final game drive before you return to your hotel in Arusha or airport.
