Zanzibar to Central Serengeti National Park

You will arrive at Seronera Airstrip at approximately 11:00 a.m. where you will be met by our professional safari guide. After a warm welcome and a short briefing, you will enjoy a picnic lunch before beginning your game drive through the Serengeti.

At around 1:00 p.m., you will stop for lunch and some relaxation amid the park’s scenic surroundings. The adventure continues in the afternoon as you explore the vast plains in search of the Big Cats lion, leopard, and cheetah as well as a variety of ungulates such as zebra, wildebeest, and gazelle.

In the evening, you will drive back to Land of Nature Lodge & Camps (or a similar lodge, depending on availability) for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Karatu

Begin your day with an early morning game drive across the Serengeti, offering the best chance to witness predators in action during the cool hours of dawn. As the sun rises, watch the golden light ignite the savannah, creating one of Africa’s most breathtaking spectacles.

After a late breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro, enjoying a game drive en route. Your journey is part of the adventure, as your driver-guide will help you spot members of the Big Five, the Great Wildebeest Migration (season permitting), and a variety of other fascinating wildlife along the way.

Cultural Experience – Maasai Boma Visit:
En route, visit one of the traditional Maasai bomas, where you’ll have the opportunity to experience Maasai culture firsthand. Participate in a lively traditional dance, tour an authentic Maasai village, and browse handcrafted souvenirs at the local market a wonderful way to connect with the people who call this region home.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. From the panoramic viewpoint, take in breathtaking views of this vast, verdant caldera. Home to over 120 mammal species, including the Big Five, the crater is a prime spot to see the endangered black rhinoceros grazing or hippopotami in the cool pools. From your open-top safari vehicle, observe and photograph predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as herds of wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, and Cape buffalos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool, surrounded by this extraordinary landscape, before departing for Arusha Airport, completing your unforgettable safari adventure.
