Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

At Kiliclimb Africa Safaris, your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your Arusha lodge by our experienced safari guide. We journey to Tarangire National Park along smooth tarmac roads, crossing rolling Maasai plains dotted with iconic acacia trees. Along the way, encounter Maasai locals in vibrant attire, walking, cycling, herding cattle, and guiding donkey carts. Tarangire is famed for its majestic elephant herds and a rich variety of wildlife. From the open roof of our modern safari jeep, witness seasonal swamps, savannahs, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Spot zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, giraffes, and perhaps lions or leopards resting in the trees. After an unforgettable game drive, we transfer you to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, immersing you fully in the magic of Tanzanian wildlife.

Day 3

Karatu to Ndutu Area

Karatu to Ndutu Area

After breakfast, we leave Karatu and enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will proceed crossing Ngorongoro Highlands to Ndutu Area and here we'll start the game drive for this day with special attention to the great migration.
The great migration herds aggregate close to Lake Ndutu area between Serengeti and Ngorongoro from December to April, here they find fresh food and big predators waiting for them. From January, it is the beginning of the calving season for wildebeests.

Day 4

Start your day with an early breakfast followed by an exhilarating final game drive in the Ndutu area, where wildlife roams freely across the vast plains. In the late afternoon, we journey to the iconic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site formed millions of years ago from a volcanic eruption that once towered higher than Kilimanjaro. The Ngorongoro Crater is 610 meters deep, spans roughly 304 square kilometers, and hosts an extraordinary population of around 25,000 grazing animals. After witnessing the spectacular landscapes and wildlife, you will continue to your lodge on the crater rim, where a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay await, completing an unforgettable safari experience.

After a hearty breakfast, embark on an unforgettable adventure into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Tanzania’s most iconic safari destinations. Descend into this vast natural wonder for a thrilling game drive, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and an incredible diversity of wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and with a bit of luck, the elusive black rhino grazing in the lush crater floor. Midday, enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the spectacular surroundings, soaking in the beauty and serenity of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the late afternoon, we will leisurely drive back to Arusha, filled with memories of a day spent in one of Africa’s greatest wildlife havens.
