Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

You will be picked up from the airport, hotel, or ferry terminal and drive toward Mikumi National Park, approximately a 4-5 hour journey through the charming countryside and local villages. En route, you’ll stop in Morogoro town for lunch before continuing to the park. Upon arrival, enjoy your first afternoon game drive across Mikumi’s vast plains, where elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and lions roam freely. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Departure to Dar es salaam

We will begin with an early morning game drive in Mikumi National Park, returning to the cottage for a late breakfast at 10:00 AM. Afterward, we will head back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the ferry terminal in time for the last ferry to Zanzibar, or at the airport for your flight back home.
