3-Day Mobile Camping with Johills

• You'll be collected from the airport.
• Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Arrival

We will pick you up at Maun, e.g. the airport, and then drive with you to the Okavango Delta for about 2 hours. Already then you will probably see a lot of wild animals in the pristine nature of the Delta. Upon arrival at the camp, you will be welcomed by our crew and also have plenty of time to refresh. Before heading out for the first game drive, our guide will brief you and make sure that everything proceeds well. Back at the camp, you will again have time for yourself, or you can sit with us at the fire place, before we will go on a short walk in the bush. Again, our guide will make sure that you will have all necessary information and skills needed for this experience. After this insightful trip, dinner will be served before we are doing a late night drive.

Game Drives and Bush Walk

After waking up, you will be having breakfast with us before going on a morning game drive. At that time of the day it is very likely that you will see many animals like predators (, e.g. lions, hyenas,) who slowly start retreating by then. But you will also get to see many other animals and plants as the Delta has to offer a vast array of flora and fauna. Back at the camp, you will be having lunch, and afterwards can relax with us at the fire. Followed by this, we will be going on an even longer and more educational bush walk with our certified guide. After this, you can again refresh before we will do a second game drive with a sundowner at the end. Once we are back, we will be having dinner, and sit by the fire place.

Departure

This is the day for us to say goodbye to you. After waking up, and having had breakfast with us, you will have plenty of time to get all your belongings before we are bringing you back to Maun Airport, or a different location in Maun, if requested.
