Depart the Serengeti after breakfast, traveling through the Ndutu region and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Stop at Olduvai Gorge, the “Cradle of Mankind,” before continuing to your lodge set along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. You can explore the crater this afternoon or following day before departing to Arusha depending on your arrival time and preference.
