Arrival

You will be picked up at Maun by our partner's crew and then driven for about 1.5 hours to the Khwai/Moremi Game Reserve. Already on this drive you will get to witness the unspoiled wilderness of the Delta. Upon arrival at the camp at the MGR, which is close to the Khwai Concession, you will be welcomed by the camp crew who will also be ready to give you all necessary information pertaining to your entire stay. After refreshing from the journey, you can opt for having an afternoon game drive with a sundowner at the end. Back at the camp, you can just sit by the fire while dinner is being served.

The tents (larger than 3x3m.) are equipped with a private veranda and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. All camp chores will be carried out by the staff.

Moremi Trip

After waking up and having had breakfast, you will be doing an entire game drive day trip in the MGR. There you will be able to see the vast array of vegetaion and animals of the reserve like lions, buffalos, elephants, acacia trees, thorn scrubs, and plenty more. While you are on the game drive, the crew, which includes a qualified field guide, will cater to your needs. At the end of the trip, there will be a sundowner. Back at the camp, you will have time to relax from your journey before dinner is being served.

Mokoro and Afternoon Game Drive in Khwai

On day three and four of your adventure in Botswana, you will be doing a mokoro ride in the Khwai Concession in the morning, as well as a game drive in the afternoon. The Khwai Concession contains the Khwai River and is well-known for it's flooded areas and lush vegetation. Therefore, a mokoro ride in this environment offers you a unique experience and opportunity to see animals like hippopotamuses, crocodiles, elephants, and many more. After this trip, you will be having lunch at the camp and time to relax before there will be another game drive in the afternoon with a sundowner.

Departure

This is the final day of your amazing trip. After waking up and having had breakfast, you will have time to gather all of your belongings before the camp crew will drive you safely back to Maun.
