After breakfast, your lusungulwamtwa safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2.5 hours from Arusha. Famous for its large elephant herds, the park is named after the Tarangire River, the vital water source for wildlife during the Dry season. Along the way, you may encounter giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest, with predators like lions and leopards often nearby. Tarangire is also renowned for its rich birdlife and ancient baobab trees, some over 1,000 years old. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated spot within the park before continuing your game drive. Afterward, you will transfer to your accommodation.
