Your driver-guide will pick you up from Entebbe International Airport or your hotel in Entebbe/Kampala and transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to encounter lions, giraffes, hartebeest, buffalo, and elephants in their natural habitat.
You'll experience Murchison Falls, the world's most powerful waterfall, where the Nile River explodes through a narrow gorge with breathtaking force. The park is a birder's paradise, home to over 450 bird species, including the elusive shoebill stork (a rare but unforgettable sighting), the dwarf kingfisher, white-thighed hornbill, and goliath heron, among many others.
En route, you'll stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for your first Big Five experience with an hour of rhino tracking on foot. Afterward, you will enjoy lunch at Kabalega Diner before continuing to the park. You'll check into your accommodation in time to relax for the evening and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.

After breakfast, you'll embark on a morning game drive in the park's northern sector, searching for the Big Five buffalo, lions, elephants, and leopards plus Rothschild giraffes, antelope, warthogs, and waterbucks.
You'll return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a 3-hour boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, the safari's ultimate highlight. Glide past massive hippo pods, Nile crocodiles, and colorful waterbirds as you approach the thundering falls.
You'll conclude with a scenic game drive back to the lodge at sunset.

You'll trek through Kibale Forest to encounter its most famous residents, chimpanzees. Sharing 98% of our DNA, these remarkable primates are our closest living relatives. While found across 21 African countries, Uganda offers some of the best sightings thanks to its thriving population of approximately 5,000 wild chimpanzees.
Your trek follows well-maintained forest trails through one of East Africa's most diverse primate habitats. Beyond chimpanzees, watch for red colobus, red-tailed guenon, grey-cheeked mangabey, blue monkey, L'Hoest's monkey, and black-and-white colobus among the canopy.
After your trek, you'll transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an exciting night game drive, offering the chance to spot nocturnal wildlife in action.

This morning, you'll embark on a game drive through the renowned Queen Elizabeth National Park, exploring over 200 kilometers of well-maintained viewing tracks. Home to an impressive 5,000 hippos, 2,500 elephants, and more than 10,000 buffalo, the park teems with Africa's iconic wildlife: elephants, giraffes, buffalo, various antelope species, and predators, including lions, leopards, civets, genets, and serval cats. You'll watch for black-and-white colobus monkeys in the treetops and playful baboon troops along the trails.
You'll return to your lodge for lunch before heading out for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a wildlife hotspot connecting Lake Edward and Lake George.

After breakfast, you will venture into the Ishasha sector to search for the rare tree-climbing lions lounging in fig trees, a unique behavior found in a few places across Africa.
Then, you'll transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to approximately 400 mountain gorillas, nearly half the world's remaining population. This ancient rainforest shelters several habituated gorilla families available for trekking.
Upon arrival, you'll check into your lodge and spend the afternoon relaxing and preparing for tomorrow's unforgettable gorilla trekking experience.

After an early breakfast and ranger briefing, you will enter the misty sanctuary of Bwindi Forest for your gorilla trek. Navigate through the spectacular, steeply forested terrain along winding animal trails carved through the dense rainforest. The duration and difficulty of your trek vary depending on the gorillas' location; they may be nearby or require several hours of hiking.
Once you locate your gorilla family, you'll spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat—feeding, playing, and interacting just meters away. This intimate encounter with one of the world's most endangered species is truly awe-inspiring.
You'll return to your lodge for lunch and rest before transferring to the scenic Lake Bunyonyi. You'll check into your accommodation and unwind with stunning views of this tranquil lake, often called the "Place of Many Little Birds."

You'll enjoy a leisurely breakfast with spectacular views of the rolling Bunyonyi hills stretching before you. Then, you'll begin your journey back to Entebbe Airport.
You'll stop in Mbarara town for lunch before continuing to the famous Uganda Equator line in Kayabwe. Here, you will take memorable photos straddling both hemispheres and browse locally crafted souvenirs and art pieces.
