Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Upon arrive at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). You will pick up with our Sandpiper safari representative and start an amazing journey to Tarangire national for wildlife game drive while carrying lunch boxes.

The name of the park originated from Tarangire river wending its way through the parklands, which is the source of water for wild animals during dry season. Also the park is well known for it's renowned massive Elephant, ancient baobab tree, consisting of a diversity of landscapes from seasonal swamps to savanna. Later, you will drive to the accommodation for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

After enjoy breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up with picnic lunch boxes and departure to Ngorongoro conservation area for a game drive inside Ngorongoro crater.

Discover the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the Africa's natural wonders. Home of the world's largest uninterrupted caldera, it boasts large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephant, cheetah and leopard, along diverse bird species like flamingos, eagle and buzzard.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After a good night's rest, today is the "day of the lions". Have an early breakfast before checking out, and head towards Lake Manyara National Park. The park is approximately 330km², of which 200km² is made up of the lake when water levels are at a maximum. From a sea of pink flamingos as far as the eye can see to bull elephants at close range, Lake Manyara showcases a superb variety of herd animals and birdlife. One of the extraordinary aspects of this park is the tree-climbing lions.

After exploring this park with its groundwater forest, you will commence the drive back to Arusha, where it all started, at mid-afternoon. Your heart and camera will be full of memories from your African safari adventure. After enjoying the game drive, you will be driven back to Arusha and dropped off at the hotel you have booked. This will mark the end of your tour.
