Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to Arusha, the gateway city to Tanzania’s famous northern safari circuit. You will check-in at Amani Safari Lodge, where you can relax and recover after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the lodge, prepare for your safari, or explore the nearby area at your leisure. This evening provides a comfortable introduction to Tanzania before beginning your wildlife adventure.

Day 2

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive towards Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife destinations. The park is famous for its impressive landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and large elephant populations. Enjoy a thrilling game drive through the park, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. After a picnic lunch inside the park, continue through the Great Rift Valley escarpment toward Karatu, a beautiful highland town located near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you will spend the night.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the magnificent Central Serengeti, one of Tanzania’s premier wildlife areas. After breakfast, set out for morning and afternoon game drives across the famous Seronera Valley, an area known for its year-round concentration of wildlife and excellent predator sightings. Search for the Big Five, including lions, elephants, leopards, and buffaloes, along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the incredible landscapes of the Serengeti before continuing your exploration.
