The aerial views are simply unforgettable. Within 30 minutes of landing, you’ll be in a 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof, ready to immerse yourself in the Serengeti’s spectacular wildlife. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch and a chance to stretch your legs before continuing your game drive. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at your camp for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the wilderness.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch. Today’s adventure will focus on exploring the best parts of Serengeti Central that you may not have covered on the previous day. Your guide will maximize the chances of spotting more wildlife, from big cats on the hunt to large herds of herbivores scattered across the vast plains. In the late afternoon, you will return to your Serengeti camp, where you can relax, enjoy a hearty dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.
The Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site spanning nearly 15,000 square kilometers, is one of the world’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries. It hosts over two million herbivores, 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and more than 500 bird species.

Day 3
Drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive from the camp to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Known as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the crater is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife. You’ll have the chance to spot lions, buffalo, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, and—if lucky—the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the crater lake, surrounded by stunning scenery. In the afternoon, continue exploring before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
The Ngorongoro Crater, formed 2–3 million years ago by a massive volcanic eruption, is the world’s largest intact caldera. At 1,800 meters above sea level, it supports over 30,000 animals and a rich variety of birdlife, making it one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. Then return to karatu for overnight rests.

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your lodge and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a scenic game drive with a picnic lunch. You’ll explore the diverse ecosystems of the park, known for its dense forests, acacia woodlands, and open floodplains. This area is rich in wildlife, and you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, warthogs, buffalos, and—if you’re lucky—the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.
The alkaline Lake Manyara itself is a shimmering centerpiece, attracting thousands of flamingos and an incredible variety of waterbirds for irresistible site for birdlovers. Hippos wallow near the shore, and buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeest graze across the open plains. With a bit of luck, you may spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions resting on thick acacia branches or scanning the landscape from above.
After the game drive, you'll head to your lodge for relaxing evening and overnight stay in style.

Day 5

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your lodge and take you on a final game drive through Tarangire National Park, with a picnic lunch served in the wild. As you explore, enjoy the park’s dramatic landscapes and rich wildlife. In the afternoon, you will drive to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport in time for your flight back home.
Tarangire National Park takes its name from the Tarangire River, which flows through the park and serves as the primary water source for wildlife during the dry season. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and the rare tree-climbing African pythons. Its open savannahs and varied habitats offer excellent game-viewing opportunities year-round, making it a memorable final stop on your safari adventure.
