Day 2-3
Masai Mara – Two Full Days of Safari
Masai Mara – Two Full Days of Safari
Spend the next two days fully immersed in the Masai Mara’s incredible wildlife and landscapes. Rise early each morning to catch the animals at their most active and embark on game drives that traverse different areas of the reserve. Over these two days, you’ll have ample opportunities to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, and large herds of herbivores moving across the plains. Birdlife is abundant, with raptors, storks, and colorful sunbirds visible throughout. Packed lunches in the bush allow uninterrupted safari experiences, and optional activities include a sunrise hot-air balloon ride for breathtaking aerial views of the Mara and visit to a Maasai village to experience local culture. Evenings are spent returning to Zebra Plains Mara Camp for dinner and rest, reflecting on the day’s wildlife encounters.

Day 4

After breakfast, depart the Mara and drive north toward Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru Lodge, enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Explore the park in search of flamingos along the lakeshore, rhinos, baboons, buffalo, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Following breakfast, travel south to Amboseli National Park. Check in at Kibo Safari Camp, enjoy lunch, and take an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famed for its large elephant herds and the spectacular backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Evening is spent relaxing at the camp and enjoying the surrounding scenery.

Spend a full day exploring Amboseli’s diverse habitats. Early morning drives offer excellent opportunities to observe wildlife such as elephants, lions, zebras, and other animals active at sunrise. Continue game drives through swamps, plains, and volcanic hills, stopping for photography or a picnic lunch. Return to Kibo Safari Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
