Morning: Begin your safari with a pickup from your hotel in a private 4x4 Land Cruiser jeep and drive to Tsavo East National Park.

Mid-day: Enjoy a game drive through the park's open plains, home to large herds of red elephants, lions, and diverse birdlife.

Afternoon: Continue your journey to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a private conservancy bordering Tsavo West.

Saltlick to Tsavo West National Park

Morning: After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park. The landscape here is more dramatic and varied, with volcanic hills and lava flows.
Mid-day: Go on a game drive, looking for rhinos in the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, as well as elephants, lions, and other predators.
Afternoon: Visit the Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and crocodiles through an underwater observatory. This is a great spot for a picnic lunch.
Evening: Settle into your luxury lodge in Tsavo West for the night.
