At 12:30 PM, set off southwest from Addis Ababa (approximately 60 km) to explore **Melka Kunture**, an archaeological site renowned for its ancient fossils and tools dating back 1.5 million years. Next, visit **Adadi Mariam Cave Church**, which dates to the 13th century, showcasing architectural similarities to the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela. Continue to **Tiya Stelae**, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its engraved standing stelae that are believed to be grave markers; recent excavations have found remains of young individuals buried in fetal positions. Return to Addis Ababa by 6:30 PM.
