Arusha - Tarangire National Park

Your Christmas safari begins with a scenic morning departure from Arusha, driving through picturesque landscapes and Maasai communities as you head toward the beautiful Tarangire National Park.

Upon entering the park, you are greeted by sweeping savannahs dotted with majestic baobab trees—some centuries old—and the unmistakable presence of Tarangire’s famous elephant herds.

Enjoy a full-day game drive, following the life-giving Tarangire River where animals gather to drink, graze, and rest. The park offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, including giraffes gracefully wandering through the plains, zebras in striking patterns, wildebeest on the move, and various antelopes grazing peacefully.
