Begin with a morning drive from Arusha to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Descend into the crater for a full day of game viewing.
Explore one of the world’s most famous wildlife destinations, home to the Big Five lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceroses as well as zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and a wide variety of bird species.
Enjoy the stunning crater scenery, crater lakes, and lush grasslands while spotting wildlife.
Later in the afternoon, drive out of the crater and continue onward to Karatu for your overnight stay.
