Depart Nairobi in the morning at 7.00am after breakfast, drive north through scenic landscapes passing next to the second tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kenya towering at an altitude of 4,985 meters.
• Arrive at Samburu intime for lunch.

Day 2

• Leave the hotel at 7.00am after breakfast for 2 half-day game drives (one in the morning and another one in the evening) exploring Samburu’s unique wildlife including the special five. Since Samburu can be hot after morning hours which makes the animals to hide in the shade. The clients will return to the hotel at 11.00am for rest and lunch.
• Optional cultural visit to a Samburu village in the afternoon.
• Another game drive from 4.00pm to 6.30pm.
Overnight: Lodge/Camp in Samburu.

Day 3

Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Leave Samburu hotel at 6.30am after breakfast with game drive enroute towards the reserve exit.
• Drive south through Isiolo town, gateway to northern Kenya.
• The scenery shifts from semi-arid plains to greener highlands.
• Pass through Nanyuki, a town at the foot of Mount Kenya.
• On clear days, clients enjoy views of the snow-capped peak.
• Cross the Equator line near Nanyuki, a popular photo stop.
• Continue through fertile farmlands and tea/coffee plantations.
• Pass Nyahururu town, stopping at Thomson’s Falls. The road winds through rolling hills and valleys, showcasing Kenya’s diverse landscapes.
• Enter Lake Nakuru National Park by early afternoon.
• Lunch at a lodge followed by an afternoon game drive.
This journey is a scenic transfer safari, blending rugged northern landscapes, lush highlands, and Rift Valley beauty. Guests enjoy cultural stops, Equator crossings, and optional attractions like Thomson’s Falls before arriving at Lake Nakuru for wildlife encounters.
