Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Your adventure begins with your arrival in Nairobi, where you meet your safari driver-guide and depart for the Maasai Mara. The scenic drive takes you through the Great Rift Valley with memorable viewpoints. You reach your lodge by midday, enjoy lunch, and take some time to relax before heading out on a gentle evening game drive—perfect for introducing the family to the wildlife and landscapes of the Mara. Full Day in Maasai Mara

Today you enjoy a full day exploring the wonders of the Maasai Mara. You start with an early morning game drive, the best time to spot predators and witness the savannah come alive. After breakfast, you may rest at the lodge/camp (or leave with picnic lunch and enjoy at the park) before heading out mid-afternoon to visit a Maasai village for a rich cultural experience. Later, you relax, swim, or enjoy family time before setting out again on an evening game drive to catch the golden sunset. Dinner and overnight are at your lodge/camp.

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, you leave the Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, a journey of about four to five hours. Upon arrival, you check in and enjoy lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Nakuru is famous for its population of black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and occasionally flamingos. The park is compact and perfect for a relaxed family game drive. In the evening, you return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Full Day in Amboseli

This is your full day to enjoy Amboseli’s incredible wildlife and scenery. You start with a sunrise game drive, where you’ll likely encounter the park’s famous elephant herds against the spectacular Kilimanjaro backdrop. After breakfast, begin your adventure with packed lunh for a full day game safari. You end the day with a warm dinner and overnight in Amboseli.

Amboseli to Nairobi – Train to Mombasa (3 PM)

After breakfast, you leave Amboseli and drive back to Nairobi, arriving around midday. Depending on timing, you enjoy lunch in the city before being transferred to the Nairobi SGR Terminus for the 3:00 PM train to Mombasa. The train journey offers scenic views across Tsavo’s vast landscapes and wildlife corridors. Upon arrival in Mombasa in the evening, you are transferred to your beach hotel for dinner and rest.
