Welcome to Uganda. You will be received by a Likyadi Adventures guide upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport and you will transfer to the hotel for relaxing. Depending on your time of arrival, you will have lunch before transferring to the hotel. You will then check in at the hotel and relax preparing for the safari adventure that awaits you in the Pearl of Africa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After your early morning breakfast, you will be picked by a Likyadi Adventures guide and start your 4 to 5 hours journey to Murchison Falls National Park in Masindi in Western Uganda. You will have a first stop over at Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakansongola where you will have an hour on-foot rhino trekking experience. After the rhino tracking experience
you will have lunch before proceeding to visit the top of Murchison Falls the powerful falls where the Nile squeezes through an 8m wide gorge and plunges with a thunderous roar into the Devil’s Cauldron creating a trademark rainbow. From the falls you will continue in the park to check in the lodge.

Have your breakfast very early in the morning, depart for an early morning game drive as early as 6am and head into the park and look out for view the different mammals such as elephants, lions, leopards, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes and antelopes like Uganda kob, topi, eland, bushbucks. You will have time to relax for lunch and after join the boat cruise to take you to the bottom of Murchison falls as you spot aquatic wildlife such as hippos, Nile crocodiles, and water birds. On return, Catch up with sunset view before dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4

After your morning breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and start your journey to Kibale National Park in Kabarole district in Western Uganda through the tea plantations and rolling hills to reach Fort portal town. While in Fort portal you will have an en-route lunch and continue your journey to Kibale National Park. After checking into the lodge, you will embark on a guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetlands and you have a chance to spot 138 bird species. You will visit the communities around Kibale National Park where you will learn how coffee is processed locally for consumption by the local coffee farmers. You will visit Rest in Bananas where you will see how the Banana man makes different products from bananas. After this experience, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and then report at the park headquarters at Kanyanchu at 7:30am for briefing by the guides about the dos and don’ts while with the chimpanzees. You will then embark on a trek for the search of the chimpanzees and once you have spotted a group, you will spend one hour with them observing their different behaviors and you will also spot other primates in the forest. After the chimpanzee trekking experience you will awarded a chimpanzee tracking certificate and after you will return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you will check out of the lodge and start the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
In the evening, you will go for a 2-hour boat cruise trip on the Kazinga Channel and you will surely be fascinated by the concentrations of giant hippos, buffaloes, elephants and crocodiles among others. You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores. You will have dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Have your breakfast very early in the morning, depart for an early morning game drive as early as 6am to the rolling plains of Uganda’s second largest National Park and look out for: lions, leopards, Jackson hartebeest, buffaloes, hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda Kobs, oribis, and elephants. For any birder, there are quite a number of birds to sight too during the drive. After the game drive, you will then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha sector plains for another epic game drive on your way to Bwindi and you will be able to spot tree climbing lions. After the game drive, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park and you will check in at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and then report at the park headquarters at 7:30am for a briefing about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. Remember to carry your packed lunch and enough drinking water since you may stay in the forest up to afternoon in search of these gentle giants in their natural environment. Gorilla trekking exercise is physically demanding but an exciting activity! You may need to hire a porter to assist you during tracking and these are readily available at the park headquarters. Time allowed to spend with gorillas is 1 hour when you have found them and this is enough to ask all the questions about their behaviour. After the Gorilla Trekking Experience, you will be awarded a Gorilla Tracking Certificate.
After the gorilla trekking experience, you will transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

After your morning breakfast, the game rangers will take you for a guided morning walking safari where you will come close to the animals such as zebras, Giraffes, Common Elands, impalas, waterbucks among others. After you will have a morning game drive as you exit the park and set off to Entebbe International Airport. Along the way you will have a stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for memorable photos and the famous water experiment that show that earth is separated into the Northern and Southern Hemisphere and you will have a chance to enjoy both the hemispheres. You will have an en-route lunch and you continue your journey to Entebbe International Airport.
