Pick Up and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After your early morning breakfast, you will be picked by a Likyadi Adventures guide and start your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Kisoro in South Western Uganda. First stop will be at the Equator in Kayabwe for memorable photos and the famous water experiment that show that earth is separated into the Northern and Southern Hemisphere
and you will have a chance to enjoy both the hemispheres. A lunch break will be in Mbarara at Igongo Cultural Center and after you will continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will arrive at the lodge later in the evening where you will check in. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

After the early morning breakfast, you will proceed to UWA visitor’s reception where briefing is done before tracking at 7:30am about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. Remember to carry your packed lunch and enough drinking water since you may stay in the forest up to afternoon in search of these gentle giants in their natural environment. Gorilla
tracking exercise is physically demanding but an exciting activity! You may need to hire a porter to assist you during tracking and these are readily available at the park headquarters. Time allowed to spend with gorillas is 1 hour when you have found them and this is enough to ask all the questions about their behaviour. After the gorilla trekking experience, you will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Transfer to Entebbe International Airport

After your morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and return back to Entebbe International Airport. You will have an en-route lunch on your journey back to Entebbe International Airport. We recommend you to buy yourself a souvenir during the trip as a remembrance for the beautiful Safari experience you have had.
