Arrive at JRO where you will be met by your guide for a transfer to Tarangire National Park, known for its stunning landscapes and large elephant herds. The drive takes approximately 2-3 hours (120 km). Tarangire is famous for its iconic baobab trees, as well as its rich wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and lions. You will enjoy a game drive through the park, with a lunch box provided along the way. Afterward, you will head to your place of stay on the rim of Ngorongoro.

After breakfast, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located about 30 – 45 minutes away (about 19.5 km). The crater floor is home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five, and provides incredible opportunities for wildlife photography. A packed lunch will be provided for your picnic in one of the designated spots within the crater.

After the tour, you will continue your journey to Central Serengeti, approximately 3-4 hours away (170-200 km). The Serengeti is renowned for its vast plains and the annual wildebeest migration. You will check into your place of stay. You will enjoy delicious meals and unwind in comfort as you take in the breathtaking views of the Serengeti plains.

The drive from Central Serengeti to North Serengeti takes approximately 3-4 hours (150 km), as you venture further into the park's less crowded and more remote areas. North Serengeti is the prime location for witnessing the incredible wildebeest river crossing during migration season.

After breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive in North Serengeti. This area is famous for the dramatic river crossings during the wildebeest migration, where thousands of animals brave the crocodile-infested waters in their quest for greener pastures. With a packed lunch, you will explore the riverbanks and witness these awe-inspiring natural events. Besides the river crossings, North Serengeti is home to large prides of lions, leopards, and an array of birdlife.

Later on, you will return to our camp in the evening for your dinner and overnight stay, where you will relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Serengeti from your luxury tent.

Keep an eye out for predators on the prowl, such as crocodiles, lions, and hyenas, which are drawn to the river crossings.
