Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park ( Via Arusha Airport)

You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, meet your guide and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees, vast savannas, and large elephant herds that roam freely across the plains. Begin your game drive, exploring the park’s varied landscapes and spotting elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and a rich variety of birdlife in their natural habitats.

Around noon, enjoy a picnic lunch near the Tarangire River, where you can watch animals interacting, drinking, and moving along the riverbanks while relaxing in the heart of the wilderness.

After lunch, continue your afternoon game drive, exploring more of the park, discovering hidden wildlife spots, and enjoying the park’s scenic vistas. In the evening, drive to The Retreat at Ngorongoro for dinner and an overnight stay, resting for the next day’s adventure.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar ( Via Arusha Airport)

After an early breakfast at The Retreat at Ngorongoro, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most iconic natural wonders. Descend into the crater for a game drive across its vast ecosystem, where wildlife thrives year-round. Look out for buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and, with luck, the elusive black rhino. You may also spot lions resting in the shade, hyenas roaming, and a variety of birds adding color to the landscape.

Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the crater’s stunning scenery, surrounded by sweeping views of volcanic cliffs and plains. After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring hidden corners of the crater floor. In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, completing a truly unforgettable two-day safari adventure through some of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife areas.
