Your safari begins with a drive from Nairobi to the Maasai Mara, passing through rolling highlands and the sweeping Rift Valley. On arrival, check in at your lodge or camp and unwind before heading out for an afternoon wildlife viewing drive.
This first outing offers an excellent introduction to the reserve’s abundant animals perhaps spotting lions, zebras, elephants, and other iconic species. Return to your lodge in the early evening for dinner and overnight rest.
