Tarangire National Park

Your safari starts with a morning pickup in Arusha. Drive to Tarangire National Park, famed for large elephant herds, ancient baobabs, and rich birdlife. On your game drive, watch for lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing wildlife viewing in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, depart the park and drive to Ngare Lodge. Relax upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing drink, and gather for a lovely dinner while sharing your first safari sightings.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most impressive natural wildlife arenas. The crater floor supports abundant game including lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and (with luck) the rare black rhino. Enjoy a full day of game drives through grasslands, woodlands, and along waterholes. Stop for a picnic lunch near a scenic spot, such as the hippo pool, and continue exploring the crater’s diverse wildlife habitats. In the late afternoon, ascend the crater rim and return to Ngare Lodge for dinner and a peaceful evening under the stars.

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, known for its scenic lake views, tree‑climbing lions, and flamingo flocks (season dependent). Enjoy a scenic game drive across varied landscapes from lush forests to open plains, spotting elephants, buffalo, baboons, and abundant birdlife. After a picnic lunch within the park, take in the last moments of wildlife viewing before beginning your scenic drive back to Arusha in the afternoon. Arrive in Arusha by early evening, concluding your safari with wonderful memories and great photos.
