Dasenech & Karo Tribes – Omo River
In the morning, drive to the Omo River and cross to visit the Dasenech tribe, who live along the riverbanks near the Ethiopian–Kenyan border. In the afternoon, continue to visit the Karo tribe, settled on dramatic cliffs overlooking a bend of the Omo River. Admire their intricate body painting and enjoy a guided walk along the river, where you may spot fish eagles, crocodiles, and other wildlife. Overnight at lodge.
