Flight to Morondava - transfer to Kirindy

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Morondava. Upon arrival, continue by road to Kirindy Forest, a journey of approximately two hours, passing through the famous Avenue of the Baobabs. In the evening, enjoy a guided nocturnal walk to discover the park’s unique nighttime wildlife.

Visit Kirindy - Sunset Allée des baobab

After breakfast, enjoy a guided daytime walk in Kirindy Forest lasting 2 to 3 hours, where you may encounter various lemur species, birds, reptiles, and with some luck, the elusive fossa. Return to the lodge for lunch and a short rest.
In the afternoon, travel along an off-road track with stops at the Sacred Baobab and the famous Baobabs in Love, discovering local traditions and beliefs. The day concludes at the iconic Avenue of the Baobabs in time for a breathtaking sunset, before continuing to Morondava.

Flight to Antananarivo - transfer to Andasibe

Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a short cultural visit in Morondava before transferring to the airport for your flight to Antananarivo. Upon arrival in the capital, continue directly by road to Andasibe. In the evening, take part in a guided nocturnal walk in the forest near the national park to observe night-active wildlife.

Visit Analamazaotra NP - Vakona reserve - back to Antananarivo

After breakfast, begin the day with a guided visit to Analamazaotra National Park, part of the Andasibe–Mantadia protected area, renowned for its rich rainforest and exceptional wildlife. During the walk, you will have the opportunity to observe the famous Indri-Indri, along with other lemur species, birds, and endemic plants in their natural habitat. The visit offers a deep insight into Madagascar’s unique biodiversity.

You will then continue to Vakona Reserve, where you can enjoy close encounters with various lemur species and learn more about local conservation efforts. After completing the visits, the journey continues back toward Antananarivo. If time allows along the way, a stop will be made at Nosy Soa Park for a short visit before continuing to the capital.

Visit Queen's Palace - End of the adventure

Today is dedicated to a visit of the Queen’s Palace, followed by an exploration of local markets where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere and daily life of the Malagasy people. After the visits, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey. This marks the end of your adventure in Madagascar, or the beginning of your next destination.
