Day 3

Amboseli to Tarangire – Safari Across Borders

After an early breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive to the Namanga border, where you will complete immigration formalities and meet your Tanzanian guide, marking the start of your journey into Tanzania. From the border, enjoy a scenic drive through rolling hills, small villages, and farmland to Arusha, which takes approximately 3–4 hours, including border procedures.

Upon arrival in Arusha, pause for a delicious lunch before continuing to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees, abundant wildlife and impressive elephant herds, or you have an option to stay in Arusha, then the next morning, head to Tarangire. If time allows, on a short introductory game drive to spot zebras, giraffes, and other iconic African species while soaking in the park’s unique landscapes.
