Upon arrival, check into your carefully selected lodge or tented camp, where you can relax and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, head out on your first thrilling game drive, encountering Amboseli’s impressive elephant herds, graceful giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species.

Amboseli to Tarangire – Safari Across Borders
After an early breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive to the Namanga border, where you will complete immigration formalities and meet your Tanzanian guide, marking the start of your journey into Tanzania. From the border, enjoy a scenic drive through rolling hills, small villages, and farmland to Arusha, which takes approximately 3–4 hours, including border procedures.
Upon arrival in Arusha, pause for a delicious lunch before continuing to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees, abundant wildlife and impressive elephant herds, or you have an option to stay in Arusha, then the next morning, head to Tarangire. If time allows, on a short introductory game drive to spot zebras, giraffes, and other iconic African species while soaking in the park’s unique landscapes.
Later, check in at Manyara Best View Lodge, your comfortable base for the night and enjoy all meals included as you relax and prepare for the next day’s full safari adventures in Tarangire.
