Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in search of elephants and other wildlife, hoping for clear views of Kilimanjaro peak on a clear day. Return to the lodge by evening for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Amboseli national park to Nairobi

Spend the day exploring Amboseli’s diverse landscapes, from its lush swamps to arid savannahs. Early morning and late afternoon game drives offer the best wildlife sightings, especially of Amboseli’s famous elephant herds and predator activity. Between drives, relax at your lodge, enjoy poolside views. End your day with sundowners as Kilimanjaro glows at sunset (at an extra cost). Leave the park at 4 pm and drive back to Nairobi with a drop off at the airport or hotel.
