Activities: After breakfast, travel by 4x4 from Sango Safari Camp to Khwai Airstrip (approx. 30 minutes), then board a light aircraft for a scenic flight to Kasane Airport (approx. 45 minutes), soaring over Botswana’s vast savannas and waterways. A short 4x4 transfer (15–20 minutes) brings you to Chobe Game Lodge inside Chobe National Park. Head out for an afternoon game drive (3 hours) along the Chobe River, where massive herds of elephants (part of the park’s 120,000-strong population) gather to drink and bathe, joined by buffalo, impalas, and elusive leopards stalking the riverine forest. Watch for the rare Chobe bushbuck and vibrant carmine bee-eaters darting overhead. Relax at Chobe Game Lodge, enjoying panoramic riverfront views as hippos grunt in the distance.
