Nairobi – Lake Naivasha

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley with brief stops for photography before arriving at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, you may choose to enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a guided walk at Crescent Island, where you can walk among grazing giraffes, zebras, and antelopes—these activities are optional and available at an extra cost. Later in the afternoon, you will proceed for a game drive around the lake and its surrounding areas, where you will have the opportunity to see thousands of flamingos coloring the shores pink, alongside hippos, water birds, buffaloes, and other wildlife that thrive in this freshwater ecosystem. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge in Naivasha.

After breakfast, you will check out and head north toward Lake Elementaita, a beautiful soda lake nestled on the floor of the Rift Valley and renowned for its birdlife and dramatic landscapes. Upon arrival, you will settle into your lodge and enjoy lunch while taking in panoramic views of the lake. The afternoon is dedicated to exploration around Lake Elementaita, where you will enjoy a relaxed game drive and nature viewing experience, spotting flamingos, pelicans, and other migratory birds, as well as plains game such as gazelles and warthogs. The tranquil environment and scenic beauty provide excellent opportunities for photography and relaxation before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake Elementaita – Masai Mara National Reserve

Following breakfast, you will depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, driving across changing landscapes and local settlements as you head toward Kenya’s premier wildlife destination. You will arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your camp or lodge, after which you will embark on an afternoon game drive within the reserve. This first encounter with the Mara introduces you to its vast savannahs, rolling hills, and abundant wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and big cats. As the sun sets over the plains, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
