Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

In the early morning, the safari vehicle departs Nakuru or Naivasha with other group members heading toward Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi you will join the others and the safari continues immediately toward Amboseli National Park. The drive south passes through scenic countryside and Maasai land, offering views of local villages and open plains. Arrival in Amboseli is in the late evening, in time for check-in and dinner at the tented camp.

Full Day Game Drive in Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for a full day of game viewing in Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, as well as lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes and a wide variety of birdlife. Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days as you explore different areas of the park, including swamps fed by underground springs. A picnic lunch is enjoyed inside the park, followed by continued afternoon game drives. Return to the camp in the late afternoon for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Amboseli – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and depart with an en-route game drive, giving you one last chance to spot wildlife in the park. Exit Amboseli National Park and begin the journey back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, marking the end of the safari.
