Day 1

Depart Arusha in the morning and drive southwest to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

Upon entering the park, begin a leisurely game drive through rolling savannahs, riverine woodland, and seasonal marshes that attract wildlife throughout the year. Expect to see elephants crossing the road, giraffes browsing acacia trees, zebras, wildebeests, and predators resting in shaded areas.

Your guide follows the Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline, where animals gather during the day. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing the afternoon game drive, when wildlife activity increases.

In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to your midrange lodge carefully selected by us or one of your preference for dinner and overnight, enjoying views of the surrounding landscape and a relaxed evening atmosphere.

Day 2

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and travel north through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, passing Maasai villages, open plains, and dramatic viewpoints along the Great Rift Valley.

After completing park formalities, descend into the legendary Serengeti National Park, where the landscape opens into vast grasslands stretching to the horizon. Game viewing begins immediately as you spot grazing herds, giraffes, elephants, and predators roaming freely.

Enjoy a picnic lunch en route before continuing deeper into the central Serengeti, particularly the Seronera region, known for its high concentration of wildlife year-round.

As the afternoon light softens, continue your game drive before heading to your midrange lodge or tented camp inside the park.

Day 3

Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, starting with an early morning game drive when predators are most active. Watch lions returning from hunts, cheetahs scanning the plains, and herds moving across the open savannah.

After several hours, return to camp for breakfast or brunch and a short rest during the warm midday hours. In the afternoon, head out again to explore different sectors of the park, including river valleys, kopjes, and open grasslands where wildlife behavior varies throughout the day.

Your guide adapts the route based on sightings and seasonal movements, offering excellent photography opportunities. As the sun sets, return to camp for dinner and overnight, reflecting on a full day immersed in one of Africa’s most iconic ecosystems.

Depart Serengeti early and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at the crater rim in time for descent.

Drop 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a natural sanctuary supporting an extraordinary density of wildlife within its enclosed walls. During your game drive, encounter lions, buffalo, zebras, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and, with luck, the rare black rhino.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by breathtaking scenery. After completing the crater exploration, ascend back to the rim and begin your return drive to Arusha, passing lush highlands and farming communities.

Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon, marking the end of your safari adventure.
